It was a challenge for my friend Genny to stick to a recipe. But one day she made a soda bread that was so good, I bugged her to recreate it.
Enjoy Best Friends Soda Bread with saucy dishes like stews or curries, a roast or with corned beef and cabbage on St. Paddy’s Day. It makes great toast with jelly in the morning. And any leftover bread may be cubed and dried then kept in the freezer for homemade stuffing.
