Experimentation is at the heart of our baking.
Below is a list of grains on hand. Unless noted, all grains are from Montana. Flour can be milled as 100% of any single grain, or blended and milled in combinations. Flour texture can also be milled to order. In the next month, we will be cleaning and offering three more Montana grains–a special spring wheat, this year’s winter wheat and our own farm’s Hazlet Rye.
